A wonderfully beautiful Tiny Nature House with a veranda and, as of mid-January, its own private Hot-tub. The garden is sunny facing south. Near the Tiny house is our wellness plaza with Finnish Kelo-sauna which you may also use. This wooden Tiny House is comfortably furnished with beautiful colors. The sleeping loft has a lovely bed and south-facing windows. The sleeping loft is located above the bathroom and kitchen. In the bathroom you will find a composting toilet, a sink and a closed shower cabin. The kitchen is fully equipped, and from the sofa with its fine plush cushions you have a view of the sunrise and afternoon sun, and the flames of the beautiful Tiny wood stove. The price shown includes all costs of a stay, up to and including final cleaning. If desired, you can also book a delicious organic local breakfast, a fantastic local, organic and in-season vega/vegan dinner and a massage. Welcome!
Nature and surroundings
This Tiny house stands on the land of an old farm, with wide views over the meadows, the often beautiful cloudy skies and the still dark starry sky here. The contours of Groningen-city are visible from the veranda. On the ecologically managed property is a food forest in combination with a horticulture. Here we grow pure nature vegetables. The old farmyard is surrounded by a typical moat and contains many old trees such as our willow with a trunk circumference of more than 4.5 meters. The farm is located on the Groningse Hogeland and close to Groningen city, the Reitdiep valley, Middag-Humsterland, the Lauwersmeer area and Schiermonnikoog. Wadlopen, canoe and SUP trips are possible within a short distance.The area offers many beautiful and good restaurants, in all price ranges.Our farm De Poel is located on Groningen's oldest dike, a very characteristic and dark place, making it easy to see the stars. If desired, you can borrow our bikes to enjoy the spacious surroundings
