In the heart of a rural village in the municipality of Dinant, located between Meuse and Lesse, the cottage (rural gîte - category 3 cornrows) offers its guests a quiet stay. It is for a family audience pleasantly and tastefully decorated in a rustic style, in part of a barn dating back to 1860. The gîte is located in the village square of Falmagne, a wide grassy square lined with lime trees, opposite the charming little church dedicated to Saint Geneviève. The gîte has an area of 175 m2. The first floor consists of a large room with the kitchen, the dining area and the lounge. There is also a checkroom and a toilet. The rooms and bathrooms are on the first and second floors. On the terrace and the little garden at the back of the building, guests can enjoy the sun and outdoors and eat outside when the weather is nice. In case of bad weather, and by agreement with the owner, it is possible to use the large covered playroom in the adjoining barn.

The region offers a wide range of activities. Without being exhaustive, here is a list of possibilities for young and old: - On the lawn opposite the cottage you will find a playground for children, a petanque court, a soccer field and the starting and finishing point of a 3.5 km long "health trail" - Falmagne is the starting point for many walks to Lesse or Meuse, through fields and forests, along rocks and small streams, revealing unexpected and beautiful landscapes and perspectives. - By bike, less than 4 km away, you can join the cycling network in the province of Namur; - Rock climbers have already spotted the Freÿr rock (Club alpin belge), less than 3 km away; - Kayaking on the Lesse is the classic excursion combining fun, sport, refreshment, adventure and excitement; - The city of Dinant, pearl of the Meuse and capital of the saxophone, is a tourist attraction not to be missed.
