New villa (2019) modern and comfortably furnished, located in the quiet hamlet of Luminières in the cozy municipality of Les Salelles. The setting here is green and the view is beautiful on the mountain Le Serre de Barre. From the living room you can go directly on the sun terrace which gives on the garden and swimming pool. A second terrace, covered, is also available to enjoy a quiet lunch or an aperitif in the shade. In a lounge chair, with a fresh regional wine, you can relax while listening to the crickets chirping in the background. All comfort is provided outside as well as inside: outdoor kitchen with covered terrace, pergola, outdoor toilet and shower, and of course giant private pool 10x5m! With 4 bedrooms, mezzanine, 2 bathrooms, wifi and air conditioning!

This region is characterized by the alternation of fairly rugged nature and high mountains but also by the many fruit trees, olive groves, chestnuts, goat's cheese and the many types of honey. Near the villas flows the river The Chassezac. The water is clear, cooling. An oasis of peace can be found here. You can take a beautiful walk along the river, you can swim in it, canoe, fish or just watch. A beautiful piece of paradise, the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Gorges du Chassezac, with their rock formations and coves are very well known and loved. These eroded rivers are best explored by canoe or kayak, adventure guaranteed! Lovers of relaxation, sports, family or friends, everyone will find their moment of relaxation or leisure on the Chassezac.
