The Villa is a spacious, luxurious 6-person house with its own garden located in Gillenfeld right on the volcanic lake Pulvermaar. Entrance through the hall with access to living room, bedroom, bathroom with toilet and stairs to the 1st floor. The living room has a sitting area with a sofa, armchairs and a flat-screen TV. The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs. The entire house has underfloor heating. The terrace is accessible from the living room and complete with a dining table and 6 chairs. The open kitchen has very complete furnishings. The bathroom on the ground floor has a toilet, double sink and spacious shower. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and large closet. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and closet. The other bedroom has two single beds with closet. The bathroom on the 1st floor is spacious and between the two bedrooms.
Nature and surroundings
The small-scale park consists of 12 luxury vacation homes equipped with all comforts. There is a reception area with a terrace overlooking the Eifel hills. This park has 6-person and 4-person vacation homes and one 8-person house and is located on a quiet road. The house and the small-scale vacation park is located directly on the beautiful volcanic lake Pulvermaar in Gillenfeld, where many hiking and cycling routes start. 2 kilometers away from the village center of Gillenfeld and a half-hour drive from Cochem and the Moselle. Enjoy the vast hills, dense forests, clear streams, fragrant meadows and quaint villages.The vacation park has a permanent manager couple who are ready to answer all your questions. You can also join them for a drink on the terrace or arrange breakfast service.There is an outdoor sauna and outdoor shower at the park, available for €12.50 per person per hour.Is the house full?
