Nature house in Zella-Mehlis

This modern chalet is located right on the edge of the forest next to 2 other vacation homes with a forest playground! From the living room you have a wonderful view of the valley and the surrounding area. In summer, a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue area invite you to linger. In winter, you can watch the dancing snowflakes from the spacious seating area, dream by the crackling fire and relax in the outdoor sauna after a lovely winter walk. The large Hüttenzauber offers a spacious living/dining area, where you can enjoy the open fire in a cozy atmosphere. Underfloor heating is installed on the first floor. Great importance was attached to natural materials and environmentally friendly operation in the design. From the spacious dining area, you can let your gaze wander into nature. Further small feel-good corners, a cabin room with 3 bunks, 2 bathrooms with walk-in rain showers round off the whole thing.

The vacation home is located on the edge of Zella-Mehlis directly on the hiking trail. From here you have a beautiful view of the valley and the surrounding mountains. To relax after a strenuous hike, you have your own seating area with garden furniture and barbecue fireplace as well as a sauna. Zella-Mehlis is a state-approved health resort. The house is only 10 minutes away from the idyllic Ruppertstal in one of the most beautiful valley basins, embedded in the highest mountains of the Thuringian Forest south of the Rennsteig. The local mountain of Zella-Mehlis is called Ruppberg, is 866 m high and a popular excursion destination with a partly managed mountain hut. The Vesser nature reserve, the Rennsteig trail and meadows with a variety of orchids invite you to go hiking. Fire salamanders, deer and wild boar live in the immediate vicinity. Despite the location on the edge of the forest, local transport, restaurants and shopping facilities can be reached in 10 minutes.
