The house is located approx. 40 km west of Passau and 6 km north of the district town of Pfarrkirchen in the district of Rottal-Inn. Many sights in the near and far surroundings: the three-river city of Passau with the largest organ in the world in the cathedral, Aldersbach with the famous monastery church and brewery, Neuburg am Inn with Renaissance castle, Fürstenzell with rococo monastery church, Burghausen am Inn with one of the largest castle complexes in Germany, Arnstorf Upper Castle and beer garden in Mariakirchen at the moated castle, Salzburg (approx. 80 minutes by car), Regensburg (approx. 60 minutes by car), Bavarian Forest National Park (approx. 60 minutes by car)
