Relaxation and peace, far away from other people Absolutely secluded location in the forest on a 1 ha meadow in the Rottal-Inn district, 16 km from Bad Birnbach. Important: In the low and mid-season, the arrival and departure days must be chosen so that the rental period takes place within a week from Saturday to the following Saturday. Example: In the mid-season, a minimum rental period of 5 nights applies. It is therefore possible to book from Saturday to Thursday, from Sunday to Friday or from Monday to Saturday. Rental periods from e.g. Tuesday to Sunday, Wednesday to Monday etc. are not desirable. In principle, Saturday as the arrival and departure day as well as the check-in time and check-out time can be deviated from by arrangement, as long as it is ensured.

Absolutely secluded location, the distance to the nearest neighbor is approx. 600m, to the nearest shopping facilities for daily needs 1.2 km and to the district town of Pfarrkirchen with all amenities approx. 6 km. The house is located approx. 40 km west of Passau and 6 km north of the district town of Pfarrkirchen in the district of Rottal-Inn. Many sights in the near and far surroundings: the three-river city of Passau with the largest organ in the world in the cathedral, Aldersbach with the famous monastery church and brewery, Neuburg am Inn with Renaissance castle, Fürstenzell with rococo monastery church, Burghausen am Inn with one of the largest castle complexes in Germany, Arnstorf Upper Castle and beer garden in Mariakirchen at the moated castle, Salzburg (approx. 80 minutes by car), Regensburg (approx. 60 minutes by car), Bavarian Forest National Park (approx. 60 minutes by car)
