The renovated, spacious thatched farmhouse is located on the eastern shore of Lake Ratzeburg in the Schaalsee Nature Park between Ratzeburg and Lübeck. The property includes the main house with an old hallway, the sauna house and a small thatched shed. From the 4 terraces you can look out over the green 5-hectare meadow to a natural forest. The main house offers plenty of space and comfort: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, social hallway, large living room with pool table and several rooms to relax in. The stylish décor of modern interior and restored furniture emphasize the special flair of the property. Fully equipped kitchen, several televisions, SONOS music system & fast internet. Additional beds for 2-4 people are available in the sauna house. The small village of Hoheleuchte belongs to the municipality of Römnitz
