Come to a complete rest in this architect-designed bungalow in nature reserve 't Ven on an estate with private parking and all amenities nearby. Respect for nature with flora and fauna are required and fishing can only be done with a fishing license fish association "always satisfied", From April 1 to June 14 forbidden to sail and fish (swimming prohibited) 2nd bedroom is the same style, only smaller. We have a 2 double and 1 single bed (120/200) available. Camera, surveillance at entrance to site, and on the parking lot.(max 2 cars) Layout; hall in open connection with large, fully and modernly furnished living area, kitchen with cooking island and dining area all overlooking 't Ven. Toilet with utility room, washer and dryer and modern bathroom with shower, whirlpool and double sink are central to 2 spacious bedrooms for 4 people all with air conditioning and underfloor heating. No smoking in the house!

Unique location in the triangle Nijmegen-Wijchen-Grave where you can enjoy hiking and biking The surrounding nature of the Berendonck, Heiveld, Boskant and Hatertse Vennen is impressive and the Ooijpolder, Sint Jansberg, Mokerheide and Mokerplas are nearby. For water recreation, golf course and fantastic sauna, the Berendonck is next door.
