Lovely beautiful and spacious house, with warm wooden beam structure, located on the water. 15 minutes from Amsterdam or Utrecht you will find here an oasis of peace and relaxation. Enjoy the garden, or rent a boat and go on the big lakes. Upon entering the house you will immediately notice that the house is very spacious and high with large wooden beams and the wooden ceiling is beautifully visible. The open kitchen / living room has a wonderful view of the water with large patio doors to the garden. Through the living room is the bedroom accessible, with spacious built-in closets, and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and washer / dryer combination. Through the wooden staircase is the second bedroom accessible, which enjoys beautiful views through the glass front.

Our cottage is located in a beautiful nature reserve, surrounded by a large garden on a serene lake, which borders the famous Vinkeveense Plassen. This unique location offers direct access to the water and the surrounding nature. The area is ideal for nature lovers, water sports enthusiasts and hiking or biking through the green landscape. The Vinkeveense Plassen are known for their picturesque beauty and rich flora and fauna, making it a perfect destination for both relaxation and adventure. Enjoy the silence of nature and the many recreational opportunities this beautiful area has to offer.
