Cosy and fully equipped Gite, with fine (enclosed) garden and terraces at the front and back. Lounge set and sunbeds. The garden offers (approx 1000 m2) complete privacy, and stunning views of the beautiful surroundings. There is also a large swimming pool, great for cooling off, there is also a swing for the children, badminton set, bocce and table tennis on site. Ground floor: Large open kitchen, induction hobs, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker (cups) Living room, TV (Dutch channels, international channels.) And Wifi (free) present. 3 bedrooms, 2x 1-bed (90x200cm) 2-bed (180x200cm) 2-bed (160x200cm) Bathroom (bath with shower) and two sinks Separate toilet. Utility room with: washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, Clothes Rack. bed linen and towels provided.(free) On the terrace, at the front, a large gas barbeque Large garden furniture.
Nature and surroundings
Unwind in a special location in Burgundy. In the middle of nature where you can observe buzzards and the kite daily. Where deer and foxes are regularly spotted. In the evening you can enjoy a beautiful starry sky from one of the terraces. Your cottage is located on a (partially wooded) area of 6 hectares, which is part of the property, which totals 57 hectares. You can also enjoy a game of table tennis, jeu de boules or badminton. Your host and hostess (Dutch) also live on site with their friendly four-legged friend, a Rhodesian Ridgeback. Your privacy is respected, but they are always available for tips or other matters.
