From August 2025 you can stay in our newest poldervilla with a living space of over 119m2. This polder villa is currently under construction and can be booked from August 2025. We had an interior stylist take pictures of the inside and outside. The photos of the interior and exterior are as realistic as possible representation of what you can expect from this vacation home.The living room offers two comfortable sofas and a luxurious armchair. The open kitchen is equipped with a built-in stove, a fridge-freezer, a combination microwave and a dishwasher. You will also find the dining table with six dining chairs attached. The master bedroom contains two high-low beds and a closet. From the bedroom you enter the adapted bathroom which is fully wheelchair accessible. The villa has one additional bathroom and two smaller bedrooms with two single box springs in each bedroom.
Nature and surroundings
This vacation home has a unique location: it stands in the yard of our farm, in the middle of the polder surrounded by arable land. The house has a spacious terrace (30m2) with garden furniture at the back, from which you can overlook the Zeeland fields. Only 750 meters away is the Grevelingenmeer. The picturesque town of Brouwerhaven is less than 5 minutes away by car.
