Inside, you will receive a warm welcome in the cozy living kitchen, fully equipped with a stove and a refrigerator with freezer. Tea, hand and dish towels are provided, and soft towels await you in the bathroom. After a relaxing day, crawl into the comfortable bed and dream away, enjoying breathtaking views of the fields and forest from the cottage. In the morning and evening the deer often show themselves, while the birds give a beautiful concert. This is the place to relax and recharge in nature! Nature house Boszicht is on the same property, so if you come with several families, it is ideal to book both houses! That way everyone enjoys their own place, but you can still have fun together on an adventure in nature. Double the fun!

Just 1 km away is a cozy beach at the Nannewiid, and 4 km away is the Tjeukemeer with an attractive pavilion. Here you can fully enjoy: take a refreshing dip, go supping, fishing, swimming or canoeing, and end the day with a snack and a drink. Cycling enthusiasts can enjoy beautiful routes, such as a trip via ferries to the picturesque Langweer, known for its old village center and cozy terraces. Directly behind the house begin cycling and hiking trails that take you through the surrounding forests. Also Joure, just 5 km away, is definitely worth a visit. Stroll through the Midstraat with its historic houses and visit the Douwe Egberts museum. In the summer, Joure is bustling with events, such as the Balloon Festival, the Boerebruiloft (farm wedding) and the Jouster Merke. Are you more in search of peace and quiet? Then this is the place to be. Within cycling distance is the beautiful nature reserve of Easterskar, where you can wander through the nature of the Fryske Gea.
