Spacious 4-5pers. villa with 2 bedrooms and heated private pool on small and rural vacation park with playground and Dutch managers. Are you looking for more privacy, without being completely alone and just a little more space during your vacation for yourself and your children, then this 4-5 persons villa is for you. The surface of the house is about 90m2 and is located on a secluded area of the park. The living room is spacious, ca.40m2, and all rooms have air conditioning. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen with oven, washing machine and dishwasher, two covered terraces with lounge furniture and a private pool (8x4) in front of the door, of course fenced. The pool can be heated if desired and at extra cost. A little lower down the garden on a large, common lawn, there are 4 jacuzzis and a playground. The jacuzzi is optional and at extra cost.
Nature and surroundings
Central location, excellent base The tiny vacation park is 30 minutes from Malaga airport and the beach. The location is ideal: In a rural setting among the Spanish hills, just 10 minutes by car from the village of Alhaurín el Grande, where terraces, stores and squares alternate, and close to several challenging golf courses. A more beautiful base for day trips is not conceivable. You are just in Seville, in the Alhambra or on the famous bridge in the mountain village of Ronda, with the oldest bullfighting ring in Spain! A restaurant is 2 minutes walk from the house.
