The apartment is fully furnished with contemporary furniture and includes two new powerful AC/heating units & central heating for winter use. The apartment has a full bathroom, internet wifi, new induction kitchen with all you'd need, with linens & towels provided. There is an on-site tennis court and brand new pools (open from may 15st - 30th September) it also has a Lavazza coffee maker

This apartment is located in the heart of the countryside, but within easy driving distance of the many beautiful towns and cities for which the area is renown. The local town of Montaione provides all the local facilities you would need during your stay, including supermarkets. A laundromat with washer and dryers, and restaurants. You will be staying in an original medieval Tuscan Borgo which has been tastefully restored and converted to create a small number of apartments, sharing beautiful gardens, pools and tennis court. We leave the apartment comfortably fitted out with everything that you could possibly need during your stay. For groceries, there is a supermarket( Coop entering Montaione )nearby where you can purchase everything you’d need. In the main bedroom there is a king size bed, with the second bedroom providing two full single beds. Both bedrooms include plenty of storage and powerful AC/heating units. The contemporary kitchen and living room is fully stocked
