It is a tiny vacation park with only 4 vacation homes. This cozy studio is a detached cottage. You have a private jacuzzi and for common use there is a playground and a lawn of about 1000m2 where children can play to their hearts content. On the adjacent property is a small restaurant, a swimming pool for common use that can be heated in winter and a baby pool of 25cm deep.The pool in the picture is of the large bungalow and today separated from the studio with a fence.The studio is on the right in the 2nd picture and is a cozy cottage with a combined living-bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The area is about 23m2. The studio is equipped with air conditioning that allows you to cool in the summer and heat in the winter so you can stay here pleasantly all year round. It is an ideal home for people who like to have many facilities at their disposal on a limited budget.
Nature and surroundings
This tiny vacation park is 30 minutes from Malaga airport and the beach. The location is ideal: In a rural setting among the Spanish hills just 10 minutes by car from the village of Alhaurín el Grande, where terraces, stores and squares alternate, and close to several challenging golf courses. A more beautiful base for day trips is not conceivable. You are just in Seville, in the Alhambra or on the famous bridge in the mountain village of Ronda, with the oldest bullfighting ring in Spain! A restaurant is a 2-minute walk from the house.
