Located in the picturesque "Seven Valleys", this old French farmhouse exudes rural charm and character. It features beautiful original cement tiles and offers a rustic, peaceful retreat for family or friend reunions. The backyard is fully fenced, making it very private and safe for both children and pets. The house boasts a spa area with sauna and jacuzzi and an outdoor play area.The house is all on one level, so there are no stairs to climb, except for two steps up from the living room to the wing containing the master bedroom.Unusually for French country houses, each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. In the case of the master bedroom, the bathroom is next to the bedroom, accessible from the hallway.
Nature and surroundings
There is a large outdoor terrace with a long table and garden chairs, a BBQ grill, a covered indoor/outdoor room, which also houses an outdoor sink and refrigerator, and a foosball table. Bocce ball is also available. The Winter Garden offers a wonderful shady indoor/outdoor rest on very hot days, as well as a place to still be outside when it rains. There is also a smaller patio right outside the dining room, which is a wonderful place to have morning coffee while watching the cows on the hill above! Although the house is on the road, it is still peaceful and quiet, also because the garden is completely enclosed on the inside of the property. This makes it very private, and also very safe for children and pets (both of which are welcome!). Nearby attractions include Azincourt (famous by Henry V), Fressin Castle, Denly Park, a goat farm and a trout fishing pond. There are also many beautiful hiking trails.
