The residence is located 4 km from Gerolstein, where you can do all your shopping or enjoy a delicious meal in one of the restaurants. The area is a good starting point for a day trip to the cities of Cochem, Trier or Cologne. There are many beautiful websites about the Eifel. The place has a number of impressive mountains as eye-catchers. These are reminiscent of the Dolomites. That is why they are sometimes called the Gerolstein Dolomites. The former volcanic activity is clearly visible in the landscape. Gerolstein is also known for its Gerolstein spring water and is recognized as a climatic health resort in Germany.
