Nature house in Wellen

This unique vacation house is located in Wellen, in the middle of the beautiful Haspengouw opposite the nature reserve 'De Broekbeemd'. An ideal base for walking, cycling, stepping, riding a Vespa or whatever you want between the plantations, the hollow roads and the vast fields. The county town of Borgloon with its now very famous see-through church is barely 5 km from the house. The cities of Tongeren (with on Sunday morning the largest antique market in Europe), Sint-Truiden and Hasselt are less than 20 km. The house is suitable for 8 persons. There are 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms with a double bed and 1 room with a double bed (120 cm). On the mezzanine there is a sofa bed (2 persons) and in the living room there is also a sofa bed (2 persons). Furthermore, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

This nature house is located opposite the nature reserve 'De Broekbeemd' and close to the nature reserve 'De Grote Beemd'. There are beautiful hiking trails in the vicinity (within walking distance) between the fields and plantations. Especially in blossom time a must! Do you prefer cycling? With more than 50 routes throughout Limburg you can choose the cycling route that suits you best. A short or longer route, flat or sloping, through the woods or more urban, ... Extra asset: 't Stalleke': After a long walk in the rolling landscape of Haspengouw it is lovely to relax in 'Het Stalleke'. Do not expect modern gadgets but enjoy an authentic brown cafe with cozy fireplace. A nice chat, a game of bird pecking or putting on some music, 'Het Stalleke' is the perfect end to a busy day.
