This is a spacious vacation home. Suitable for 4 adults or a family with children. All facilities are on the ground floor. This house has a beautiful spacious kitchen, two separate bedrooms and a cozy living area. By default, the bedrooms are equipped with luxurious king-size beds, but if desired, one can be replaced by two children's beds. The living area is large enough to combine with the adjacent 2-person vacation home. That way you can enjoy a cozy stay with a larger party. Through the French doors you enter the private terrace adjacent to the large park-like garden. Here you can quietly enjoy the sun and all the birds in the garden. For the children there are plenty of play opportunities: go-karts, a large trampoline, table tennis or billiards and a climbing apparatus.
Nature and surroundings
It borders the Brenne Regional Natural Park, a paradise for migratory birds. With more than 2,000 lakes, it is home to about 2,300 species of animals and 1,200 species of plants. Not far from here is the photogenic village of Montmorillon on the little river Gartempe. It is climbing to walk to the cute French stores with books and trinkets. And don't forget to taste Montmorillon maccarons. There are a number of cozy restaurants to eat out in the evening. Nearby is La Trimouille, a small French village that is definitely worth checking out. There are beautiful castles in the area, and there is always a bric-a-brac market to visit. Every 29th of the month is one of the largest farmers' markets in France in Les Hérolles. Is all this a little too quiet for you? You can rent a canoe or kayak in Lathus. In Poitiers is Europe's largest amusement park, Futuroscope and you'll find shopping, cafes, escaperooms or paintball opportunities.
