This nature house is located on a small-scale nature campsite. The nature house has a sunny fully fenced garden with a canopy with seating area. The cottage is tastefully decorated, has a spacious living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, large hall and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Heating by means of CV and a cozy stove Dogs are welcome and are allowed free. On the nature campsite is a fenced playground for dogs, a forest strip, a hiking field and a large pond. There are pilates and yoga classes which you can join for 7,50. You can use mountain bike, rental and breakfast service. If you leave the cottage clean there is no cleaning fee. Cleaning service can be ordered for 60 euros. You can bring your own bed linen and towels. A double and single comforter is available. You can also rent a linen package, 15 euros per person.
Nature and surroundings
Nature reserve the Frisian Woods is not so touristy yet and therefore suitable for nature lovers and peace seekers. In the immediate vicinity are cycling routes and hiking areas. Nature park Lauwersmeer, bird breeding areas and cozy cities like Dokkum and Leeuwarden are nearby. The nature campsite can also be reached by public transport. A train station and stores are 5 km away.
