This nature house is a very quiet accommodation with all facilities and great privacy.The accommodation has a private entrance with a spacious private garden and private terrace where plenty of sun shines.You have a large living room with (sleeping) couch, dining table and very complete kitchen including a dishwasher. There is a flat screen TV including Netflix, should it be a rainy day. In the master bedroom is a spacious work area with high-speed wireless internet. The entire accommodation is reserved for you, you will have a lot of privacy. All windows have window coverings so it stays very cool inside in the summer. In addition, mosquito nets are installed everywhere to keep out insects. If it is cold, you can choose to use the cozy stove. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2025.
Nature and surroundings
The house is directly adjacent to nature reserve De Laarakker, a vast green area where agriculture, industry and nature go hand in hand. From the garden you walk or cycle directly into nature, past meadows, fields and picturesque paths. Here you will find peace, space and rich biodiversity - with a little luck you will see deer, birds of prey or rare meadow birds. The protected crested lizard also knows its home here! This landscape is perfect for long walks, bicycle tours or a relaxing picnic in a secluded spot in the grass. The Laarakker is an 8-minute drive from the "Molenheidse bossen" nature reserve. There are plenty of diversion possibilities to cities (Nijmegen, Venlo, Cuijk) for museum visits, shopping or dining.
