Recently we added 3 rooms to our B&B in the front house of this farmhouse. We ourselves live in the back house (it are in fact 2 houses with separate entrances). Need a luxury overnight stay? Then choose room Molenzicht, a spacious room on the second floor. With a large bed and coffee and tea facilities, you're guaranteed a relaxing morning. The room has a large ensuite bathroom. A lovely large bed with fine mattresses so you can unwind. As a guest you are also welcome in the sunny south-facing garden, where you can enjoy several cozy seating areas. The ideal place to unwind after a day full of discoveries in the area. You may also use a spacious kitchen on the ground floor and a large living room (see photos), both exclusively for our B&B guests. Breakfast is possible from Wednesday to Sunday between 8.30 and 10.30 (to be booked separately).

English hospitality in the middle of nature Welcome to B&B Rosa! We offer English hospitality in the middle of the peace and quiet of Overasselt. My name is Sara Jane, since October 2019 I live here with my husband and children. I am half English myself, and since my childhood I have often visited the typical B&Bs in England. I want to pass on that experience and hospitality, here in Overasselt. When I moved here, I immediately saw a Bed and Breakfast for me in this green environment. B&B Rosa is now a farmhouse with two houses, both with separate entrances. We ourselves live in the back house while the rooms are in the front house and the apartment is above the garages, so you have all the space you need to experience the peace and quiet here. About Overasselt Near the meeting place of Gelderland, Noord-Brabant and Limburg lies one of the oldest villages of the Rijk van Nijmegen: Overasselt.
