Very recent vacation house, ideally equipped for a maximum of 4 people at 200m from the Ourthe river near Melreux - Hotton. The house is ideally located on the outskirts of the village of Monville and also gives access to the cycling and hiking network, Famenne en vélo. The cozy Durbuy (10km) and Hotton (2.5km) are easily accessible in the area. Cozy living room with open kitchen, bedroom with double bed and modern bathroom with shower (1 open bedroom). A large sliding window gives access to the sun-oriented terrace and small closed garden. Upstairs you have a spacious mezzanine and one open bedroom with two single beds and a washbasin.
