Nature house in Norg

In a beautifully situated piece of forest, within walking distance of the ancient town of Norg, lies this nature house surrounded by greenery. Norg is a beautiful, old village located on the northwest side of Drenthe, just 17 kilometers drive south of Groningen-city and 12 kilometers drive from Assen-Centrum. Surrounded by forests and fields, it is very good for walking and cycling. The village is within walking/cycling distance of the nature house and has plenty of amenities. Oosterduinen is a forest with scattered private cottages on its own land. It is not a park. The nature house is on a cul-de-sac, no traffic passes by. The plot is 1500 m², not fenced. Surrounding nature houses are 20-30 meters away, behind the greenery. Small pond at 100 meters. The bicycle maker Stellingwerf rents (electric) bicycles. Nearby several stores, terraces and eateries, as well as a subtropical swimming pool. Ideal for children. Nearby there is also a natural water beach. In the villages around Norg are in different seasons activities to do: annual markets, flea markets, grass track races, a visit to the Toy Museum in Roden, the Prison Museum in Veenhuizen, a visit to beer brewery Maallust in Veenhuizen with tasting room or a day trip to Groningen for the Comic Museum or extensive shopping.
