This nature house is part of a characteristic farm. It has beautiful views over farmlands. This nature house has the atmosphere of the past with the conveniences of today. The decor is homely. There are two bathrooms and five bedrooms. As an extra service, the beds are made upon arrival! The cottage can accommodate 10 people and two small children. It is wheelchair accessible and one bathroom is adapted for the disabled. There is a hobby room with billiards, shuffleboard and soccer. A dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and kitchen appliances are available. There are also two terraces with garden furniture, barbecue and a petanque court. Please note that it is not rented to groups of young people. However, supervised youth groups are welcome! Use of the washing machine, dryer and internet is free of charge. For babies up to 2 years also tourist tax and linen must be paid! The rental concerns the fenced garden and a part of the farm.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located near the Hunzedal, at the foot of the Hondsrug. This area is part of the UNESCO Geopark The Hondsrug. The landlord of this nature house is a partner of this Geopark. It is an area stretching from Coevorden to the city of Groningen. It is a unique geological phenomenon. The Geopark tells how 150,000 years ago this landscape was created. Also, the ntauurhuisje is located 800 meters from the hiking and cycling routes. Curious? Book, come and enjoy this unique area!
