This child-friendly nature house is located in the middle of the beautiful forests of Norg. It is the ideal place to recover from all the hustle and bustle, relax in a hammock and enjoy nature. Being active is of course also possible, from the cottage it is possible to make beautiful walks or bike and mountain bike tours. Right at the foot of the cottage is the Great Sandy Plain, where children can play all day long. There are also plenty of climbing trees, swings, slide, toys and a trampoline available, so no one will be bored. On the covered veranda it is always nice to sit. It is also pleasant to stay in the cottage and time goes by very quickly while playing all kinds of games and reading books and magazines. Please note that the 6 person house is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults. To fully unwind, there is no WIFI in the house. Friday & Monday are more advantageous changeover days.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the wooded area of Norg in the Oosterduinen. Within walking distance are also the forests of Langeloërduinen, the Norgerhold towards Westervelde and the Noorsche Veld towards Peest. There are also several beautiful lakes and beautiful moors nearby. From the cottage you can spot the birds and see deer and squirrels passing by. On short distance Assen and Groningen are easily accessible to visit a museum or for shopping. Besides Norg there are several nice villages nearby, such as Veenhuizen, Bakkeveen and Roden. Here you can also take beautiful walks and soak up the local culture.
