The wooden mobile home stands in a beautiful spot in the landlords' yard. The nature house is built entirely of wood and insulated with natural materials. The mobile home has electric heating (IR panels), but this only serves to keep out the worst cold, for a pleasant room temperature you need to fire up the wood stove. The nature house is connected to the water network and has hot water from a boiler. In the kitchenette there is a 4-burner induction hob, an oven and refrigerator. There are two garden doors that give you access to a beautiful piece of yard, which practically directly borders the forest of the Dwingelderveld. The mobile homes have been furnished with care, love and attention and are meant to create a nice place for you to come to yourself.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house, the mobile home, is situated at the National Park Dwingelderveld with its 37 km² of forest, heath and fens. A beautiful area to explore on foot, by bicycle or on horseback. The National Park Dwingelderveld is a protected Natura 2000 area. The neighboring village of Dwingeloo has the most beautiful village square in Drenthe, a beautiful siegelike tower and a leafy center with beautiful farms. In Dwingeloo you will find a diversity of restaurants and you can visit several cozy terraces.
