Experience space in Dwingeloo! Around your cottage is the food forest! Enjoy the sauna, hot tub or rent bikes? These can be booked! Only bookable and payable upon reservation. Breakfast can also be prepared in advance. The large living room has a wood stove, overlooking your private garden where you can relax! The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, egg cooker, airfryer, rice cooker, kettle, nespresso machine and combi oven. (No hobs so). You can eat out within walking distance! Or you take the bikes to go to a restaurant nearby. On the second floor is the bedroom with beautiful view. It has 1 double bed with 2 single comforters and 1 single bed. Come enjoy walking in the woods, mtb'ing, cycling or motorcycling among the nature reserves, bulb fields or Hunebedden. Between the nature areas Drents-Friese Wold and Dwingelerveld lies this beautiful nature house!
Nature and surroundings
Along the berry bushes you will walk to your Nature House. We are in the process of creating a veritable food forest. An orchard with fruit and nut trees and birches has been planted. With wooded banks all around as a connecting path and shelter for animals. Unsprayed herb garden, free-range chickens and bee hives. Owner Karlijn and her son Maurits (11 years) are both beekeepers! In your private garden you will find fresh mint and chives and a beautiful grape. Water from our own well we use for the hot tub. Under a beautiful, clear starry sky you can enjoy. In front of the house starts the Dwingelder Ommetje Jupiter. A varied walk of 5.5 km. The most beautiful lake in the Netherlands, the Blue Lake, 7 km away. Hunebed at 3 km distance. Restaurants within walking distance. Do you particularly want to eat out? Then book a table at restaurant Posten in Frederiksoord! Super surroundings for walking, cycling or sitting on the terrace in the cozy green villages Diever or Dwingeloo!
