In the former cowshed next to our residential farmhouse we have created two apartments. Apartment 2 is c. 110 m2 and has a spacious living area with flat screen television, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities. In addition, on the ground floor there is a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet. A second bedroom and toilet are located upstairs. Downstairs everything is wheelchair accessible. The apartment has a covered terrace, a sun terrace and a spacious lawn with borders. You overlook a meadow where sheep sometimes walk and surrounded by a wooded enclosure.
Nature and surroundings
Hoeve aan de Zuurlanderes is located in rural Oldendiever, the oldest part of Diever. Completely outside and yet you walk in ten minutes to the brink with stores, restaurants and other amenities that beautiful Diever has to offer. Our farm is located on the Drenthepad and is an ideal starting point for walks or cycling tours in the nearby national parks (Drents-Friese Wold, Holtingerveld and Dwingelderveld). In Diever itself and in the surrounding villages is plenty to do, such as weekly markets, fairs, small festivals, open air theater Swimming can be done in the nearby Blue Lake or the Canada Lake or one of the pools in the surrounding villages. So for those who want there is plenty to do, but above all you come here to true rest.
