Spacious and complete house (+/-140m2), on a through road and fishing water, in the yard of a farm with a P for 2 cars. Next to the house is a fenced (1.5 m high) garden (+/-250m2) . Sustainability plays a major role in our house, all energy is generated by the sun or geothermal .The house has a spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, induction hob, filter coffee maker, Senseo, fine oven, microwave and fridge / freezer, large 6p dining table. The sitting room is in the inner part of the farmhouse(lots of privacy) and has a sofa and armchair, smart TV, playpen and humidifier. Near the staircase is a 2 pers. sofa bed. In the master bedroom is the 2 pers bed (1.80 x2) already made ready. There is also a crib. Through this room you come into the smaller bedroom with 2 single beds. The badk. is equipped with 2nd toilet, double sink, shower and bath. The towels are ready! The garden is voorz. of 2 terraces, bbq, parasol and a lawn.
Nature and surroundings
From the yard you walk directly into the undiscovered nature of the Dalerveense Veen. Here you can walk without meeting another human being. If you want to discover even more moorland, the Bargerveen is an absolute must. From the information center in Weiteveen you can explore the cross-border Geopark de Hondrug on foot, by bicycle or by Veenland Express. The Pieterpad runs through nearby Dalerveen and you can also easily join several (international) cycling routes from the vacation home. Within walking distance of the vacation home is also the Nature Pool "de Zandpol", a swimming lake with a beautiful sandy beach, free to enter and in fine weather the kiosk is open. For daily shopping you can go to Nieuw Amsterdam / Veenoord, where a good range of stores can be found and where also 2 times per hour a train stops (Zwolle-Emmen). If you really want to store then Emmen is very suitable or the cozy German cities of Meppen and Nordhorn.
