Nature house in wateren

On the edge of the nature reserve the Drents-Friese Wold stands this accommodation". This dog-friendly recreation house is built in the shape of a mushroom and equipped with an array of windows so you have a beautiful view of the wooded area from the inside. A spacious woodland garden with lawn surrounds the vacation home. The accommodation is comfortably furnished and fully equipped. Because of the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, it is also good for disabled people. Children will certainly be attracted to the spacious play area under the house which includes a ping pong table and table soccer. An evening in the hot tub completes the nature experience, and a good night's sleep is therefore assured.The cottage is in a small-scale recreation area where tenants come to enjoy nature and tranquility, therefore groups of young people are excluded.

The area is perfect for wonderful hiking and cycling. The Drents-Friese Wold is known for the Bald Dunes or Aekinger Sand. This sand drift area is large enough to allow the wind to actually drift the sand. There are also several lookout towers in the area and worth climbing to experience the sunset. Lake Canada is a pleasant refreshment on a hot day. The lake is surrounded by forests and has an island. In the adjacent lake dogs are allowed to swim. From the house you can walk onto the Doldersummerveld and you can climb the watchtower.
