This freshly decorated mobile home with a box bed (140X200) is located on a field with 2 other mobile homes and camping facilities. The mobile homes have a refrigerator, sink, kettle, crockery, cutlery and a made bed. On the grounds there is an outdoor kitchen, compost toilet and a fire pit. In the main building there are 2 toilets, 2 showers, a canteen and a kitchen with seating area. There is plenty of outdoor space and a porch with a fire pit. In the adjacent forest is a small campfire area, popular with stokers.Through the use of natural building materials combined with recycled materials, the entire site breathes an atmosphere of peace and conviviality.The location is a stone's throw from the Orvelterzand and the historic village of Orvelte. In the vicinity are many beautiful hiking and cycling opportunities. Shops, restaurants and bicycle rental can be found at 6 km distance, in both Westerbork and Schoonoord
Nature and surroundings
There is a lot of nature, forest and heathland in the area. An ideal area for walking and cycling. The Ieberenplas and Loomeer, 2 natural swimming lakes are within cycling distance. Orvelte with its historic farms, nostalgic stores and sheepfold is also worth visiting. Emmen with its zoo and Assen with its museums are about 20 minutes by car.
