A beautiful nature house in the forest of Norg, on a dead end forest path, on a plot of 1000m2. Not on a vacation park with barriers! The house has central heating, Wifi and interactive television. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds - new spiral mattresses. Winter and summer comforters are provided for all beds. You must bring your own bed linen, or rent it. For the double bed the cost is 25 euros and for the single, 12.50. Upstairs you will find a spacious bathroom with rain shower, sink and toilet. On the ground floor a cozy room and a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and microwave. Coffee, tea and herbal oils are available, especially for the first few days. Under the canopy, it is lovely to stay in the spacious garden with lots of sun between the trees. There is a shed where you can store your own bikes and possibly charge the batteries.
Nature and surroundings
Something for the true nature lover because our cottage is located in the middle of the forest the Oosterduinen. From the cottage you can make beautiful walks. Norg and its surroundings are among the best preserved esdorpenlandschappen of the Netherlands. If you go from Norg to Westervelde, you will pass through the ancient primeval forest 'Het Norgerhout'. The center of Norg, with hotels, restaurants and supermarkets, tropical swimming pool etc. is about 1.5 kilometers away. Norg and its surroundings are ideal for cycling and walking. There are many beautiful cycling and hiking routes to choose from. About 20 minutes away by car, 14 kilometers, is Assen, the capital of Drenthe, with the recently renovated Asser Museum. Groningen is only 30 kilometers away and well worth visiting, including the Groninger Museum, where people come from all over the world because of its special collection of art!
