Luxury attached apartment in an old horse stable. The horse stable is on a dairy farm. In the horse stable are 4 apartments connected side by side. Apartment is very comfortable and built completely new in 2020/2021. The living room has a sofa, armchair and sitting area with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped; dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven. The bathroom has a rain shower, design radiator, floor heating, sink with mirror and toilet. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with in each room 2x a single box spring. The apartment is tastefully decorated. Has direct access to the terrace with garden furniture. The stables has a communal enclosed garden, unobstructed views. Good wifi connection and TV. There is parking at the apartment, there is a communal shed for bikes (with power point). Very suitable for people looking for peace and quiet and space.
Nature and surroundings
Located in the Kolonien van Weldadigheid, a unique landscape with a rich history. Both on the farm and in the immediate vicinity is still visible much of the history of the Company of Weldadigheid. The farm is located directly on various walking and cycling routes. It is a very wooded area. This location is situated between three National Parks: the Drents-Friese Wold, Weerribben-Wieden and Dwingelderveld.
