Cozy detached house in Schipborg with private parking in a quiet, nice area in the woods. Of all amenities. Behind the house is an enclosed private garden with large terrace with a nice view over a meadow. In front of the house is a large lawn with a playground. Dogs are not allowed to run loose on the lawn, but within about 100 meters is the forest with perfect off-leash area for dogs. You can walk or bike here for hours without encountering a major road. In the house are 3 bedrooms. A bedroom with a 2 bed 160/200, a bedroom with a 2 bed 140/200 and a bedroom with a doubter 120/190. WiFi fiberglass available. Inventory: including dishwasher, microwave, airfryer, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker, orange juicer, washing machine, tumble dryer, bed linen, towels and kitchen towels all present . At 3 km distance p&r Midlaren / Zuidlaren there is a good bus connection to Groningen.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in the National Park Drentsche Aa and is on the Pieterpad. The surroundings Schipborg, Zeegse Annen and Anloo are ideal for cyclists, mountain bikers and hikers and prehistoric dolmens can be seen within walking distance. About 1.5 km away is a small Coop. In the cozy village of Zuidlaren (3 km) you have many nice stores, restaurants and 3 large supermarkets. On Fridays there is a market. In Zuidlaren is a subtropical swimming pool and for the children you have the Sprookjeshof. In Annen you have an outdoor pool. You can swim or canoe in the Drentsche Aa or a little further in the Zuidlaardermeer. By bus it takes 17 minutes to get to the main train station in Groningen. Groningen and Assen are at 20 minutes driving distance with many cultural opportunities, including the Groninger or Asser museum, a day of terraces or shopping.
