This is a detached house on a small, wooded, nature-oriented park. On the one hand, the house borders directly on a field, on the other hand it is also close to various amenities (supermarkets, restaurants, bakery, organic store, organic farmer, swimming pool). Westerbork and Orvelte are within walking distance (1.5 km). The house has been lovingly and thoroughly refurbished and preserved in recent years. The house (area 120 m2) has a spacious living room, new kitchen with various amenities, new bathroom on the ground floor, double bedroom with garden door (ground floor). On the second floor is a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed. On both sides are houses with permanent residents. You can sit at the front and back of the house. The wifi / TV reception is good. There are mosquito nets, there is a shed for (electric) bikes. Suitable for longer stays (max. 3 weeks).
Nature and surroundings
The house is adjacent to the Reijntjesveld. From the house you have a beautiful (out) view there. Nearby are the Mantingerveld (within 5 km), national park Drentsche Aa (within 5 km), the Dwingelderveld, forestry Odoorn. There is an extensive cycling and walking network. For people with reduced mobility, the field and forest can be reached within 100 meters walk (paved). There are beautiful museums in Groningen, Leeuwarden, Eelde, Zwolle and Assen. Furthermore, camp Westerbork is worth a visit. Bicycles can possibly be rented in Westerbork. In the garden is an inhabited stork's nest.
