If you want to explore the area, you can rent bikes at the small vacation park on which the house is located. Those who prefer to take it a little easier can follow the numerous hikers and discover Drenthe on foot.

Besides the beautiful nature, the central location between the cities of Assen and Emmen offers plenty of opportunities for cultural trips.
