This beautifully located cottage concerns an architect-designed vacation home. The outside of the building is entirely in the atmosphere of the surroundings, built in the style of an old farmhouse. Inside you will find a modern and cozy accommodation. The cottage has a large well-equipped open kitchen, a living room furnished with designer furniture, a bathroom with rain shower and a spacious bedroom with doors to the garden. Around the cottage is a large private garden with terraces and garden furniture.
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located on an estate and within walking distance of Lake Paterswoldem. Here you can swim, sail and sail. There are also several restaurants by the lake and in the vicinity. The many nature reserves in the immediate vicinity such as Friescheveen, De Onlanden and National Park Drentsche Aa offer numerous cycling and walking opportunities. The city of Groningen is only 10 kilometers and Assen 20 kilometers away. A large supermarket and a number of specialty stores are within walking and biking distance.
