Right now the entire upstairs is being remodeled! There will be 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom! Starting June 1, this beautiful home will be ready for rent again! This beautiful, completely detached cottage has been in the family since 1935. It once began as a small vacation home. Some paintings, drawings and old objects and the characteristic upstairs still testify to that. In 2020, the first floor was renovated. The cottage has a very spacious cozy living room and separate kitchen. Wifi, flat screen TV, DAB radio / CD player available. The first floor has underfloor heating and there is a cozy gas fireplace in the living room. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge and microwave. Several coffee machines including Nespresso. On the ground floor a bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and washing machine. Separate toilet.The cottage is located on a large private property with several terraces and privacy.
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located in the middle of the National Park the Drentsche Aa. Directly from the house you can start varied walks, including the Pieterpad in the vicinity and beautiful cycling routes. The Zuidlaardermeer and Paterswoldse lake are in the immediate vicinity. The vibrant city of Groningen at 24 km and Assen at 12 km. The cozy village Zuidlaren with varied stores and restaurants at 6 km. In the immediate vicinity several restaurants for both a simple snack and a fancy dinner.
