Currently the entire upper floor is being remodeled! There will be 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom en suite. The upper floor is fully insulated.The house is preserved with a heat pump and solar panels.From June 1, this beautiful house will be ready for rental again! This beautiful, completely detached house has been in the family since 1935. It once began as a small vacation home, and in 2020 the first floor was renovated. The house features a very spacious cozy living room and separate kitchen. Wifi, flat screen TV, DAB radio/CD player available. The first floor has underfloor heating and there is a cozy gas fireplace in the living room. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge and microwave. Several coffee machines including Nespresso. On the ground floor is a workspace with a washing machine. Separate toilet.The house is located on a large private property with several terraces and lots of privacy.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in the middle of the National Park the Drentsche Aa. Directly from the house you start with varied walks, including in the vicinity the Pieterpad and beautiful bike routes. The Zuidlaardermeer and Paterswoldse lake are in the immediate vicinity. The vibrant city of Groningen at 24 km and Assen at 12 km. The cozy village Zuidlaren with varied stores and restaurants at 6 km. In the immediate vicinity several restaurants for both a simple snack and a fancy dinner.
