The house was built in 2022 on a 1.4-acre plot and is suitable for people who love peace and nature. The house has a neat kitchen (with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction hob and oven) and bathroom. Both downstairs and upstairs there is underfloor heating. The special feature of the house is the beautiful bay window facing south. Here you can enjoy the unobstructed view in the sun. We rent the house to a maximum of 2 persons. The house is not suitable for children. Smoking and pets are not allowed. There is WIFI ('4G for home'). Tea towels and towels are provided.
Nature and surroundings
The back part of the plot is sown as winter food for birds and other animals. There is a vegetable garden and there are several berry bushes and fruit trees. In the immediate vicinity are many beautiful hiking trails, cycling routes and nice villages. It is therefore an ideal location to explore Drenthe, Geopark de Hondsrug and the Hunzedal. At about 3 km is the cozy characteristic ash village Exloo. In the middle of the village is the sheepfold with an information center next to it. At 2 km lies the Golfpark Exloo. At 2 km lies the Equestrian Center Exloo. Assen, the capital of Drenthe, is 35 km away. In the Drents Museum you can learn a lot about the history of Drenthe. The museum regularly has new and interesting exhibitions. At 13 km is the village of Borger. In Borger lies the largest hunebed of the Netherlands. The hunebedcentrum gives a lot of information about the hunebed builders.
