The apartment is located on the upper floor, under the thatched roof of a national monument, circa 1700. Completed in the first half of 2023 and completely new. Well insulated and spacious . The apartment is comfortably furnished with enough space for four people. Downstairs is a hall, with a steel spiral staircase of 4 meters This is quite steep!!!. Upstairs a spacious landing with adjoining room cum open kitchen of 37m2. 2 bedrooms 18 and 24m. A spacious landing. Each bedroom has a double box spring bed. The bathroom has a shower and washing facilities with 2 bowls. The beds are made for you and towels and washcloths are provided. There is a TV and radio in the room. You can freely use the wifi. The kitchen has a combination oven and microwave. Refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher. Coffee maker and kettle are available . The prices for 2026 include 21% VAT!
Nature and surroundings
The apartment is in a unique location and one of the most beautiful places in Drenthe, in Dwingeloo opposite Havezate the Oldengearde.You can go directly into nature to make beautiful walks. And within cycling distance are three beautiful extensive nature reserves, Dwingelderveld, Holtingerveld and National Park The Drents-Friesewold.Other distances: Shakespeare theater 9km, station Beilen 13km, station Hoogeveen 16km, Golf Course Havelte 16km, Airport Groningen 42km, Planetron 2.2km, The Butterfly Garden Havelte 15km. You can charge your electric bike inside or outside. You can park your car in front of the door. Outside there is a terrace. This is scheduled to be refurbished in 2023. The entrance to the apartment is via a round iron staircase, which is fairly steep and less suitable for people with mobility problems!
