Cozy and modern furnished detached vacation home. Renovated in 2024 and fully equipped. The house can accommodate up to 6 people The bright living room with pellet stove gives access to the terrace through French doors. Downstairs is the modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Next to the kitchen (with induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator and Nespresso coffee machine) is a small bedroom with double bed (2 mattresses 90x200). The open staircase leads to the landing with walk-in closet. At the front is a spacious bedroom with double new box spring 180 x 200 and at the back 160 x 200. All beds are already wonderfully made! The terrace has a large awning, spacious dining table with 6 chairs and a gazebo with a lovely JACUZZI which is optional to book. (Please let us know and we will prepare it for you). The spacious fully fenced garden offers privacy and always a place in the sun or shade. Your dog is welcome.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is just steps away from the golf course and you can walk right into the forest. Ideal for cyclists, mountain bikers, hikers, golfers and nature lovers. The National Park Drents-Friese Wold is one of the largest nature reserves in the Netherlands. In 2000, over 6000 hectares of forest, heathland, shifting sands and stream valley grasslands were designated as National Park. For many special plants and animals this is an attractive habitat. For nature lovers there is much to experience but also other fun trips can be made, such as: De Klimtoren, mini-golf course, Drents Museum, recreation area Aekingerzand and the forest pool Appelscha is even within walking distance. Appelscha also offers many cozy restaurants with many terraces. Nature so close to home with many birds but also squirrels in the garden and deer in the meadow behind the house. It is great to relax on the terrace and around the house or in the jacuzzi. Enjoy, relax and completely recover!
