This cute little house (tiny house) can be found on a small-scale family campsite on the border of the Dutch provinces of Drenthe and Overijssel. The cottage is on the edge of the campsite and can be rented for stays up to 2 persons.It is a nice, small and cozy cottage with its own terrace. The cottage has a kitchen with stove.There is no bathroom in the cottage, but on the campsite is a beautiful sanitary building where you can shower.There is wifi and heating in the cottage. There are pillows and comforters in the cottage (no linen, towels or tea towels provided).
Nature and surroundings
At the campsite you will undoubtedly feel at home right away. The campsite has a swimming pool (open from April and during the summer months) which is always a great success. There is also wifi coverage throughout the campsite. There is a restaurant at the park with a terrace and a takeaway along the forest path for coffee, tea, ice cream and small snacks. There is also a small store. From the campsite you can easily make trips to many attractions and sights throughout the province of Overijssel and Drenthe. In the immediate vicinity you can make excellent walks and bike tours, but there are also several villages and towns nearby that are worth visiting. Places like Giethoorn, Hoogeveen, Meppel and Staphort are a short distance away, but also cities like Almelo, Assen and Zwolle are easily accessible from our campsite. Less than 1.5 km from the cottage is a beautiful large swimming lake with beach. There is much to do here including sub and canoe rental.
