This beautifully decorated yurt is located on a cozy mini campsite in a natural setting, just 10 minutes by bike from the center of Emmen in Drenthe. The yurt is a traditional Mongolian yurt with a diameter of 7 meters. The glamping tent has double doors with beautiful carvings and can accommodate 4 people. Inside the tent is a comfortable double bed and there are two sofas with good mattresses. Upon arrival, the beds are already made. For cooking you can use the campsite's covered outdoor kitchen. The shower and toilet are just a few meters away from the yurt, in the central sanitary building of the campsite. There is also a kettle and a Nespresso machine in the yurt. Guests receive a basket with kitchen linen, toilet paper, coffee and tea upon arrival. The yurt is heated by an easy-to-use pellet stove. Bed linen, energy and cleaning are included.
Nature and surroundings
Not far from the campground you can enjoy hiking or biking, making this location ideal for unwinding. For those looking for more activity, there are several tourist attractions in the immediate vicinity, such as the Boomkroonpad in Borger, visiting a dolmen and the Veenpark in Barger-Compascuum. The lively center of Emmen offers plenty of opportunities for shopping or a pleasant terrace. The Rensenpark in the center of Emmen is fun to walk through and offers a petting zoo, a Buddhist museum and a nice teahouse. Of course, the famous zoo Adventure Zoo Wildlands in Emmen is also worth a visit. In short, everything is available for a wonderful stay!
