A quiet, secluded lakeside cottage with stunning views of the mountains in Southern Lapland. Here you will unwind with the sounds of water, wind and birds. A nature lover's paradise, where you can light the fire and eat around our large wooden table by the lake. On colder days you can enjoy the fireplace inside. The perfect place to explore the area along the Vildmarksvägen. Although remote, a supermarket is only 10 minutes away. Your dogs are also welcome. Luomi is North Sami and means hjortron, a delicious berry that grows in this area, but it is also the name of my dear barbet companion.
Nature and surroundings
Our cabin is located on the Vildmarksvägen, near the high plateau of Stekkenjokk, where you can hike directly into the beautiful Swedish fjällen world above the tree line. There are numerous beautiful waterfalls, streams to fish in and mountains to climb.
