Beautiful Front House for rent. With house cat. suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. Also suitable as a small retreat B&B for 6 adults. Breakfast: homemade sourdough bread and pure, unprocessed toppings from the region. Downstairs: large open space with concrete floor and underfloor heating, old trusses, several non-enclosed sitting areas with height difference, large dining table, well-equipped kitchen, play area, games, wood stove. Bathroom with shower and bath. Separate toilet. Is on ground floor. 2nd toilet on second floor. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, 3 x double bed 2x1-bed 1 toilet. There is a small gym, play corner and relaxation area on the mezzanine. Outside: Large shared garden with small vegetable and flower garden. Trampoline and double swing. Suitable for a small-scale retreat. Ceremony room available Max 8 people.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is located in a village with ribbon development on Dorpsstraat in the middle of meadows with beautiful views. From the house you can make several walks through the open fields. A 15 min drive takes you to other beautiful hiking areas through the woods. In summer the view from all windows is on green. Beautiful hiking areas nearby. Easily accessible by private transport. At 5 km is the nice village of Zuidlaren with all amenities. Accessible by private transport. For children there is in Zuidlaren The Fairytale Court. Bicycles can be rented in Zuidlaren. In the nearby village you can rent canoes. Groningen and Assen are both less than 20 km away and can be easily reached by car or public transport from Zuidlaren. It is not allowed to have parties or otherwise use the house for (commercial) photo or film shoots.
