The Buitenlokaal - luxury overnight in a converted school. (Apartment 3) Enjoy peace and nature in a new apartment in our old school just outside Dwingeloo. The apartment is located in the former gymnasium which is sustainably converted into a luxury space for up to 6 people (+ possibly 2 babies) The kitchen is luxuriously equipped with induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and kettle. In the kitchen there is coffee, tea, milk, sugar, olive oil and pepper, salt. There are cleaning products, dishwasher tablets and a refrigerator with freezer. The first floor has underfloor heating and LED lighting. Ground floor: bedroom 1 with bathroom: bedroom 2 with bathroom sleeping loft: on the sleeping loft are 2 (single) beds Baby bed in bedroom 1 and 2. The beds are made and there are towels (1 bath towel and 2 towels per person) and kitchen linen available.
Nature and surroundings
Outside The apartment has a private terrace with picnic table and lounge chairs with table and sunshade. This place gives a lot of privacy and has a rural view.In the garden there is a trampoline.Find a place in the hammock or somewhere in the field.Read a book, muse away under the tree and enjoy the sound of the birds. With a little luck you will see a squirrel in the tree.Surroundings The Buitenlokaal is just outside the tourist town of Dwingeloo.Dwingeloo is an authentic brink village with several restaurants and cafes and stores. There is also an outdoor pool and and ice cream parlor. Recreational lake "The blue lake" is nearby and located in a beautiful nature reserve "the Leggelerveld. " In addition, we are close to nature reserves: "the Dwingelderveld" and "the Drents-Friese forest." A fantastic place for mountain biking, running, hiking and cycling. For culture lovers, the Shakespeare theater (Diever) is nearby and the colony of Weldadigheid (Unesco /Frederiksoord)
